Refunds

Each pack clearly shows its credits and USD price. Credits never expire. Welcome credits are free, one-time and not a paid balance. There is no subscription or auto-renewal to cancel.

Contact support with the order number if you were charged twice, a purchase was not delivered, or a technical failure prevented the pack from being credited. Unused credits from an approved refunded purchase are revoked from their source lots.

Consumed or in-flight credits are flagged for manual review. This application never issues an automatic external card refund; approved refunds are handled by the merchant through the payment processor.

Spent credits, or outputs that were generated and saved, are generally not refunded merely because you changed your mind. Nothing here limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
